19-11-30.8. Annual reports.

  1. The commissioner of human services shall file an annual report describing the status of the wage reporting and bank match systems. The report shall be filed with the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate for the previous state fiscal year no later than September 30 of each year.
