Penalty for filing false information in application for license. Any person who willfully furnishes false information in connection with the application and issuance of any marriage license, either in the application for the license, in furnishing proof of age, or in the physician’s certificate as to pregnancy, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. ## History Code 1933, § 53-9912, enacted by Ga.
