2-10-97. Transfer of common stock.

  1. Common stock of cooperative associations organized under this article may only be transferred to other such associations and to individuals, firms, partnerships, and other associations and corporations engaged in the production of agricultural products. Such restrictions must be printed upon every certificate of common stock.
