2-12-12. Determination of value of ingredients; prohibition of use or deletion from label.

  1. The Commissioner is authorized to determine whether an ingredient listed on the label or otherwise advertised as an ingredient and used in the mixing of any fertilizer contributes to plant growth. If any such ingredient is found to be worthless, harmful, or deceptive, the Commissioner may prohibit its use or require that it be deleted from the label.
