2-13-21. Applicability of ‘‘Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.’’

  1. The provisions of this chapter pertaining to rule making, the issuance, revocation, or denial of licenses and registrations, and other administrative actions authorized under this chapter shall be subject to and conducted in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the ‘‘Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.’’
