Treatment, cutting, or destruction of infested trees, plants, or other things or substances. The Commissioner may visit any section of this state in which any dangerous pest is supposed to exist and determine whether any infested trees, plants, or other things or substances are worthy of remedial treatment or shall be destroyed. The Commissioner may supervise or cause the treatment, cutting, or destruction of plants, trees, or other things or substances when deemed necessary to prevent or control the dissemination of plant pests or to eradicate same and may prescribe rules and regulations therefor. ## History Ga.
