Penalty. Any person who violates any provision or requirement of this article or of the rules and regulations made thereunder or of any notice given pursuant thereto or who forges, counterfeits, defaces, destroys, or wrongfully or improperly uses any certificate provided for in this article or in the rules and regulations made pursuant hereto or who interferes with or obstructs any inspector or other employee or agent of the department in the performance of his duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. ## History Ga.
