Valid period for records check for separated employees. A satisfactory comprehensive records check determination shall be no longer valid for an employee or director who has been separated from employment for more than 180 consecutive days from an early care and education program or any program that received, either directly or indirectly, federal funds through the department for the care of children. ## History Code 1981, § 20-1A-45, enacted by Ga.
