Transportation for elderly, persons with disabilities, and 4-H activities. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law to the contrary, including Code Section 20-2-411, county and independent school systems may use school buses to provide transportation for the elderly, persons with disabilities, and 4-H activities if the cost of such transportation is reimbursed in full from federal, state, local, or funds other than school funds. ## History Code 1933, § 32-942.1, enacted by Ga.
