20-2-2086. Information to parents.

  1. The commission shall provide maximum access to information regarding state charter schools to all parents in this state. It shall maintain information systems, including, but not limited to, a userfriendly Internet website, that will provide information and data necessary for parents to make informed decisions. At a minimum, the commission shall provide parents with information on its accountability standards, links to state charter schools throughout this state, and public education programs concerning state charter schools.
