# O.C.G.A. § 20-2-2096.8. Evaluation and reporting.

The department shall provide for a comprehensive evaluation of each completion special school regarding the success, impact, and needs, if any, of such school and shall report in writing the results of such evaluation to the state board at least once every five years such school remains in operation under this article.
