Unfunded programs and activities. The State Board of Education shall not initiate or cause to be initiated any program, program expansion, activity, or activity expansion related to or contemplated in this article which would result in additional expenditures by the state if such expenditures are not funded or otherwise contemplated by the General Assembly in an Appropriations Act in force or to be in force within one year. ## History Code 1981, § 20-2-307, enacted by Ga.
