# O.C.G.A. § 20-2-325. Short title.

This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Top State for Talent Act.”

## Editor's Notes

Ga. L. 2025, p. 433, § 1/HB 192, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ‘Top State for Talent Act.’”

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, substituted “Top State for Talent Act” for “Building Resourceful Individuals to Develop Georgia’s Economy Act.”
