# O.C.G.A. § 20-2-329. Regulatory authority.

The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this part.

Ga. L. 2025, p. 433, § 1/HB 192, not codified by the General Assembly, provides: “This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ‘Top State for Talent Act.’”

Former Code Section 20-2-329, relating to requirements for high schools that receive reform grants as chronically low-performing high schools, was based on Ga. L. 2010, p. 186, § 1/HB 400; Ga. L. 2011, p. 421, § 4/SB 161; Ga. L. 2014, p. 341, § 5/HB 766; Ga. L. 2015, p. 1376, § 34/HB 502; Ga. L. 2018, p. 731, § 11/SB 3 and repealed by Ga. L. 2025, p. 433, § 12/HB 192, effective July 1, 2025.
