Joint county-city high schools — Power to contract for building and maintenance. Counties and municipalities located therein having independent school systems supported in whole or in part by local taxation may contract with each other for the joint building and maintenance of high school buildings to be located within such municipalities for the joint use of the children living in such municipalities and those living in the county outside of the limit of such municipalities. ## History Ga.
