Joint county-city high school contracts for building and maintenance — Approval and confirmation. The contract provided for in Code Section 20-2-432 shall be entered into, in the first instance, by the city board of education and county board of education or by other authorities by whatever name called having charge of the educational affairs of the city and county, respectively, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed on and shall then be approved and confirmed by the mayor and council and board of county commissioners or other authorities by whatever name called having charge of the fiscal affairs of the city and county, respectively. ## History Ga.
