20-2-464. County-wide bond elections — Notice.

  1. The county board shall order such election to be held at the various polling places throughout the county or throughout the territory to be affected, of which it shall give notice by publication thereof once a week for four weeks previous to the election in the newspaper in which the legal advertisements of the county are published.
