Applicability to charter systems. Except as otherwise provided in Code Section 20-2-84.4, this article shall not apply to a local school system which has become a charter system pursuant to Code Section 20-2-2063.2 or which is in the process of applying to become a charter system. ## History Code 1981, § 20-2-84.5, enacted by Ga.
