# O.C.G.A. § 20-2B-1. Definitions.

As used in this article, the term:

(1) “Board of directors” or “board” means the board of directors of the education savings authority.

(2) “Commission” means the Georgia Student Finance Commission.

(3) “Director” means a member of the board of directors.

(4) “Education savings authority” means the Georgia Education Savings Authority created by this article.
