# O.C.G.A. § 20-2B-30. Limited application to students in a home study program.

The provisions of this article shall not apply or be construed to apply to any student in a home study program provided for in Code Section 20-2-690 unless such student is a participating student as such term is defined in Code Section 20-2B-21.
