# O.C.G.A. § 20-3-200. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Private Colleges and Universities Authority Act.”

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “shall be known and may be cited as” for “may be cited as” in this Code section.
