20-3-213. Venue and jurisdiction of actions under this article.

  1. The authority’s legal situs or residence for the purpose of this article shall be Fulton County. Any action to protect or enforce any rights under this article, including the validation of obligations issued by the authority as permitted in this article, shall be brought in the Superior Court of Fulton County; and such court shall have exclusive original jurisdiction of all such actions.
