20-3-232. Definitions.

  1. As used in this part, the term:

  2. (1)

    “Authority” means the Georgia Student Finance Authority created by Code Section 20-3-313.#

  3. (2)

    “Board of commissioners” means the board of commissioners of the commission.#

  4. (3)

    “Commission” means the Georgia Student Finance Commission created by Code Section 20-3-233.#

Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective June 30, 2024, deleted former paragraph (4), which read: “‘Corporation’ means the Georgia Higher Education Assistance Corporation created by Code Section 20-3-263.”
