# O.C.G.A. § 20-3-366. Repealer.

This subpart shall stand repealed by operation of law on June 30, 2029.

## History

Code 1981, § 20-3-366, enacted by Ga. L. 2022, p. 164, § 7/HB 1435; Ga. L. 2025, p. 446, § 2/HB 38, effective May 12, 2025.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective May 12, 2025, substituted “June 30, 2029” for “June 30, 2025” at the end of this Code section.
