20-3-431. Eligibility.
Current through: Including Acts of the 2025 Session of the General Assembly of Georgia.
As used in this subpart, the term “eligible student” means a person who:
- (1)
Is enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in the University of North Georgia for a minimum of 12 academic hours;#
- (2)
Is or will be a citizen of this state for a period of at least 12 months immediately prior to the date of registration therein; and#
- (3)
Is enrolled in or plans to enroll in the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps program at the University of North Georgia.#

Amendments
The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “As used in” for “For purposes of” at the beginning of this Code section.
