20-3-78. Corporate nature of athletic associations.

  1. The athletic associations of the University of Georgia and the Georgia Institute of Technology and the athletic associations of any other branch of the university system are corporations, incorporated under charter by the superior court of the county in which each association is located or as otherwise incorporated pursuant to the laws of this state.
