# O.C.G.A. § 20-4-134. Rules and regulations.

The commissioner of economic development shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the purposes of this article.

## History

Code 1981, § 20-4-134, enacted by Ga. L. 2018, p. 349, § 1/SB 395; Ga. L. 2024, p. 394, § 2/SB 398, effective July 1, 2024; Ga. L. 2025, p. 1029, § 20(63)(E)/SB 153, effective July 1, 2025.

## Amendments

The 2024 amendment, effective July 1, 2024, substituted “Department of Economic Development” for “Technical College System of Georgia” near the middle, and “article” for “part” at the end of this Code section.

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “commissioner of economic development” for “commissioner of the Department of Economic Development” near the beginning of this Code section.
