# O.C.G.A. § 20-4-142. Automatic repeal.

This article shall stand repealed on July 1, 2031.

Code 1981, § 20-4-142, enacted by Ga. L. 2021, p. 576, § 1-3/SB 204; Ga. L. 2025, p. 135, § 3/HB 217, effective July 1, 2025.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, substituted “July 1, 2031” for “July 1, 2026”.
