20-4-22. Management and control of quick start program.

  1. Any other Code section of this article to the contrary notwithstanding, the Technical College System of Georgia shall assume the management, operation, and control of the quick start program. The Department of Education shall transfer to the Technical College System of Georgia all existing staff, equipment, funds, property, and support functions and facilities currently under its control to accomplish this requirement, as set forth in this article.
