Short title; references to Chapter 3 of Title 21 or the municipal election code. (a) This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Georgia Election Code.” (b) References in general and local law to the “Georgia Municipal Election Code,” the “Municipal Election Code,” or “Chapter 3 of Title 21” shall be deemed to refer to this chapter. ## History Code 1933, § 34-101, enacted by Ga.
