21-2-192. Proclamation by Governor; copies of proclamation transmitted to superintendents.

  1. It shall be the duty of the Governor to issue his proclamation for such presidential preference primary, a copy of which shall be transmitted promptly by the Secretary of State to the superintendent of each county.
