21-2-377. Custody and storage when not in use.

- (a)
The superintendent shall designate a person or persons who shall have custody of the ballot scanners of the county or municipality when they are not in use at a primary or election and shall provide for his or her compensation and for the safe storage and care of the ballot scanners.#
- (b)
All ballot scanners, when not in use, shall be properly covered and stored in a suitable place or places.#
