Public inspection of unsealed returns at office of superintendent; opening of sealed envelopes upon order of superintendent or court. The general returns from the various precincts which have been returned unsealed shall be open to public inspection at the office of the superintendent as soon as they are received from the chief managers. None of the envelopes sealed by poll officers and entrusted to the chief manager for delivery to the superintendent shall be opened by any person except by order of the superintendent or of a court of competent jurisdiction. ## History Code 1933, § 34-1502, enacted by Ga.
