21-2-589. Willful omissions by poll officers.

Any poll officer who willfully:
(1)
Fails to file the voter’s certificate of any elector actually voting at any primary or election;#
(2)
Fails to record voting information as required by this chapter; or#
(3)
Fails to insert in the numbered list of voters the name of any person actually voting#
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
