Eligibility of subversive persons for nomination or election to public office. No person who has been adjudged a “subversive person,” as defined in Part 2 of Article 1 of Chapter 11 of Title 16, the “Sedition and Subversive Activities Act of 1953,” shall be nominated or elected in accordance with this chapter. ## History Code 1933, § 34-106, enacted by Ga.
