25-12-3. Fire suppression systems; license required.

  1. All fire suppression systems required by the Commissioner’s rules and regulations or by other state or local fire safety rules or regulations must be installed, inspected, repaired, recharged, serviced, or tested only by a firm licensed under the provisions of this chapter, except as otherwise provided by this chapter.
