25-2-8. Payment of expenses of employees in state fire marshal’s office.

  1. All state employees connected with the state fire marshal’s office shall be allowed subsistence, lodging, and other expenses in connection with the execution of their duties when away from their headquarters. Transportation for such employees shall be paid at the mileage rate fixed by law for other state employees.
