Mandatory training. As a condition of continued certification, all firefighters shall train, drill, or study at schools, classes, or courses at the local, area, or state level, as specified by the council. L. 2025, p. 332, § 6-16/SB 96, effective July 1, 2025. ## Amendments The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, deleted the subsection (a) designation, deleted “full-time and part-time” following “all” in the first sentence, and deleted subsection (b).
