Penalty; duty of prosecuting attorneys to prosecute violations. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. It shall be the duty of the prosecuting attorney of the appropriate court to prosecute all persons charged with the violation of this article as soon as the evidence has been transmitted to them by the Commissioner of Agriculture. ## History Ga.
