26-2-355. Sanitary inspection of building, area, structure, plant, or vehicle used in the manufacture, bottling, or distribution of soft drinks or soft drink syrup.

  1. The Commissioner or his authorized representatives shall have access, at any reasonable hour, to any building, area, structure, plant, or vehicle used in the manufacture, bottling, or distribution of a bottled soft drink or soft drink syrup to inspect sanitary conditions therein.
