# O.C.G.A. § 26-2-471. Compliance; application of article.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate as a cottage food operator not in compliance with this article.

(b) This article shall not apply to a person who sells non-potentially hazardous foods at a bake sale affiliated with a nonprofit, charitable, or religious organization.
