26-2-474. Enforcement.

  1. The Commissioner shall be authorized to enforce the provisions of this article and shall have the authority to adopt any rules or regulations necessary to carry out said enforcement. Nothing in this article shall be construed to prevent the department from conducting an investigation into a reported foodborne illness.
