Penalty for violations. Any person who willfully fails to comply with any provision of this article or violates any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this article shall be given a written warning. Upon a second or subsequent violation, such person shall be assessed a civil penalty of not more than $75.00 per violation. ## History Code 1981, § 26-2-475, enacted by Ga.
