# O.C.G.A. § 26-5-23. Publication of annual report.

The department shall publish an annual report using data from the department’s central registry data base on the number of patients in enrolled treatment, the number of patients discharged from treatment, each patient’s state of residence, and any other information as determined by the department. Such published report shall exclude patient identifying information and be compliant with state and federal laws.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective January 1, 2026, in the first sentence, substituted “The department” for “The Department of Community Health and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities” at the beginning and substituted “and any other information as determined by the department” for “and other information determined by the departments” at the end.
