Effectiveness of existing regulations. Unless otherwise provided, this article shall not invalidate or affect any rules or regulations which were in effect on May 4, 2017, promulgated pursuant to authority given by law, and such rules and regulations shall remain in force until repealed, replaced, or invalidated. ## History Code 1981, § 26-5-62, enacted by Ga.
