28-5-105. Scope of compensation.

  1. The General Assembly may by resolution appropriate money for payment of a claim for compensation upon the recommendation of the board for:

  2. (1)

    Expenses actually and reasonably incurred as a result of the personal injury or death of the victim; and#

  3. (2)

    Loss of earning power as a result of total or partial incapacity of such victim.#
