Letters of guardianship. The court shall grant to the public guardian separate letters of guardianship upon each appointment. The public guardian shall be subject to all liabilities and entitled to all the rights and emoluments provided for other guardians and shall be governed by the law provided for other guardians. ## History Code 1981, § 29-10-6, enacted by Ga.
