29-4-24. Disclosure of conflicts of interest.

  1. The guardian must promptly disclose any conflict of interest between the guardian and the ward when it arises or becomes known to the guardian and seek the court’s determination as to whether the conflict is insubstantial or if it is in the best interest of the ward for the guardian to continue to serve.
