3-1-4. Penalty for violations of provisions of title.

(a)
It is unlawful for any person knowingly and intentionally to violate any criminal prohibition contained in this title.#
(b)
Except as otherwise provided in this title, any person who violates any criminal prohibition contained in this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.#
