3-10-15. Penalty for violations of provisions of chapter.

(a) It is unlawful for any person knowingly and intentionally to violate any prohibition contained in this chapter relating to provisions applicable only in dry political subdivisions. (b) Any person who violates any prohibition contained in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
